This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Peoria, IL, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the mortgage process, originating and assessing loan applications, working with underwriting teams to ensure compliance, and recommending suitable mortgage products based on clients’ financial situations. The Mortgage Loan Originator will also cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other partners.

• Strong skills in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and Loans
• Experience with Underwriting and knowledge of related processes
• Background in Finance and the ability to analyze financial data effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in relevant financial tools and software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
