Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time hybrid role for a Foreclosure Specialist based in Addison, TX, with an option for some remote work. The Foreclosure Specialist will manage foreclosure processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring mortgage defaults, coordinating with attorneys and stakeholders, managing foreclosure timelines, and maintaining accurate loan servicing records. Additionally, the role involves handling cases related to bankruptcy and mortgage servicing while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications- Experience in Mortgage Servicing and Loan Servicing
- Knowledge of Foreclosures and Defaults processes
- Understanding of Bankruptcy Law as it pertains to foreclosure
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with relevant legal and financial software tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
