Position: Contingent Worker

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50–$70/hour

Location: Remote

• Manage end-to-end processing of purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with S2P, FP&A, and stakeholders to ensure PO accuracy and budget alignment.
• Monitor PO funding status and follow up on invoices and exceptions.
• Validate invoices via summary billing, ensuring accuracy of rates and POs billed.
• Route invoices for approvals and ensure timely payment processing.
• Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and billing with vendors and teams.
• Perform weekly financial reconciliations of vendor statements.
• Support month‑end close processes with documentation and reports.
• Maintain organized financial records and process documentation.
• Assist with ad‑hoc reporting and analysis for the finance team.

Must‑Have

• 4+ years in finance, accounting, or administrative roles focusing on transactional processing.
• Proficiency with financial management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) and MS Office Suite/Google Suite.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
• Comfortable with large datasets and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
• Urgency in handling critical business requests.
• Customer service orientation with quality communication.

Preferred

• Experience in fast‑paced corporate or technology environments.
• Previous experience as a contingent worker or contractor.
• Experience with Anaplan, App Sheet, Oracle, Airtable.
• Experience managing procurement and finance operations for a business line.
