Senior Manager Finance Accounting

This is a contract position for a Senior Manager Finance Accounting role, located in London with a hybrid work setup, allowing some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical financial accounting, IFRS
16 projects, FRS
102 projects, preparing detailed financial statements, scrutinizing existing processes for efficiency, performing financial reporting, and providing analytical insights. The role will also involve working closely with internal teams and clients across our retail, aviation, technology, hospitality, banking, and renewables clusters to support their financial goals and ensure strong meaningful transformation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Proven expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance knowledge and Budgeting skills
• Highly developed Analytical Skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including IFRS 16 and IFRS 15.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to provide strategic insights and recommendations on transformation projects
• Experience with finance transformation and operations management with Big 4/5 is advantageous
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
