Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage the accounting department and oversee the financial operations of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring effective financial operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory financial standards.
• Maintain robust relationships with financial institutions and the financial community.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to support executive decision-making.
• Oversee external audits, consolidations, and the management of general accounting functions.
• Direct financial analysis, credit and collections, cash management, tax reporting, and subsidiary accounting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in an industrial setting, with at least 5 years in financial management including supervisory roles.
• Experience in financial leadership within organizations generating over $150 million in annual revenue, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Current employment in a similar role for a minimum of 6 months.
