Seeking a Commercial Loan Professional to advance to Fort Wayne Market President in 2-3 years. This is a remote position, with an 82 year old Credit Union that is expanding its market base. Candidates must live in Allen County, IN or surrounding counties.

• Have primary responsibility for achieving or exceeding Credit Union's commercial lending goals including originating, underwriting, documenting, and monitoring loans for and in the commercial loan portfolio.
• Understand and effectively apply commercial loan policies as well as evaluate and proactively respond to changes in regulatory, market, and competitive conditions with the ability to communicate changes, policies, etc. to staff.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of commercial lending field including structuring, underwriting, and documenting commercial loan transactions.
• Maintain awareness of commercial lending field, including government regulation, commercial needs and preferences, and relationship-enhancements.
• Participate in community affairs to increase Credit Union's visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.

• A Bachelor's degree with an MBA preferred
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Lending or as a Credit Analyst for a larger Credit Union or other financial institution
• Strong sales acumen and track record of building relationships
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including outstanding presentation skills
