Remote - Mortgage Underwriter

Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter (EST Hours)

We’re looking for a proactive, expert‑level Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter who’s ready to take ownership of high‑stakes credit decisions and help push loans across the finish line with speed, accuracy, and confidence.

• Underwrite a full range of mortgage loans (FHA strongly preferred)
• Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Partner with clients to resolve documentation issues efficiently
• Ensure full alignment with Federal, State, and Local regulations
• Deliver fast, high‑quality approvals/denials
• Support additional fulfillment tasks as needed

• DE Certified (required)
• Expert‑level mortgage underwriting experience
• Strong command of AUS platforms (DU, LP)
• Solid understanding of mortgage laws, including HMDA
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
• Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr.
