Branch Office Administrator (BOA)

This role partners with financial advisors to support clients and helps them achieve their long‑term financial goals. As a BOA you will provide administrative support, handle client accounts, and facilitate communication to ensure a positive client experience.

Role Requirements
  • Client Service – Provide exceptional service via calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Resolve inquiries and maintain relationships.
  • Account Management – Learn the financial services industry. Handle account openings, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and keep accurate records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support – Work independently under advisor direction. Schedule appointments, prepare client materials, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan.
  • Technology – Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other firm‑provided software.
