• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecasting processes through analysis and modeling
• Manage financial content and analysis for Digital Capability and Enterprise leadership teams
• Coordinate with Enterprise functions to achieve business unit and Digital objectives
• Review reports with Digital operations leadership and develop actionable recommendations
• Provide timely information to support month‑end close processes and financial decision‑making

• 2-5 years of finance and operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong financial management skills and knowledge of financial analysis metrics
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with other Microsoft products

• Experience in the consulting or professional services industry
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, Workday, and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
