• Provide financial leadership for AMER Operations.
• Act as the financial steward, offering analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise the financial management of three manufacturing plants ensuring alignment with targets.
• Develop clear financial strategies to support regional operational excellence.
• Drive productivity and cost-efficiency in partnership with operations.
• Measure and report on productivity KPIs and cost-saving initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management within manufacturing.
