• Perform end-to-end unclaimed property activities, ensuring compliance with applicable state laws and reporting requirements
• Prepare, review, and file annual unclaimed property reports for all states, including electronic submissions
• Coordinate owner outreach and due diligence mailings in accordance with state-mandated timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate identification and reporting of escheatable items
• Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails to support regulatory compliance

• Minimum 3 years of related unclaimed property experience or 3+ years in the Finance or Accounting Departments of the employer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Teams
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external partners
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data accurately
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and be proactive in work duties

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of Sovos-UP Enterprise unclaimed property application
• Familiarity with Oracle Financials Cloud
• Experience in the Financial Services industry
• Experience in designing and implementing process improvements
