We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Finance & Data Research Analyst to join our customer’s team. This remote, part-time role focuses on uncovering valuable financial insights by expertly navigating diverse data sources, synthesizing information, and communicating actionable findings. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail‑oriented environment, enjoys resource discovery, and has strong financial literacy.

As a Finance & Data Research Analyst, you will perform comprehensive research across financial and business data sources, organize and analyze complex datasets, and produce concise reports that support decision‑making. You will work independently while collaborating with team members to ensure research outputs are accurate, actionable, and clearly communicated.

• Conduct extensive research to identify, verify, and gather critical financial and business data from multiple digital resources and databases.
• Evaluate, organize, and synthesize datasets, maintaining accuracy and integrity across formats such as CSV, Excel, and PDF.
• Analyze financial reports, statements, and market trends to provide insights supporting business objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely updates and share research outcomes clearly.
• Prepare concise written summaries and visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and research workflows.
• Continuously monitor and identify new resources or tools to enhance research efficiency and data quality.

• Proven expertise in resource discovery, including sourcing and verifying complex financial and business data.
• Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret and analyze financial documents and terminology.
• Proficiency in navigating and handling data across various file formats (CSV, Excel, PDF).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in information sharing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and priorities efficiently.
