• Administer the monthly reporting cycle for the Operations group and coordinate monthly meetings to review financial results, fully understanding business events and market trends.
• Prepare monthly analysis of actual results and compare them to forecasts and budget, explain discrepancies and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Operations group team to provide necessary support for the preparation of financial analysis for effective management of its activities.
• Prepare key performance indicators, supporting management and finance team with forecasts, budgets and other required analysis.
• Participate in the forecasting and budgeting process and lead initiatives to continually improve and automate the tools used.
• Prepare a detailed budget by business unit and review it with business partners.
• Change financial forecasts following monthly analysis and discussions with different business partners.
• Prepare various ad hoc requirements for the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Support the finance team with month‑end closing procedures and the preparation of monthly management reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or administration.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• CPA designation an asset.
• Bilingualism (French/English) both oral and written.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Knowledge and proficiency in accounting and financial systems and software; knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
