• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise on capital structure, investment decisions, and long-term financial planning.

• 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles (CFO, VP Finance, FP&A).
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial modeling, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, Sage, , Excel).
• Familiarity with investor relations, fundraising, and M&A processes.

• Experience in high-growth, startup, or PE-backed environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.
