Compliance Testing Lead - Fin Trust Connect Talent Community - Remote in the U.S.

As a Compliance Testing Lead you will strengthen the second line testing program across consumer and commercial products. You will design risk‑based test plans, execute fieldwork, and report issues with clear severity and remediation dates that withstand examiner and audit review.

• 6 to 10 years in compliance testing or internal audit within banking
• Hands‑on testing across one or more domains: BSA, AML, and Sanctions;
  Payments;
  Fair Lending, CRA, UDAAP;
  Privacy (GLBA); and SOX interfaces
• Strong sampling and testing methodology design, operating effectiveness and evidence standards
• Experience with issue management, retest, validation and metrics for management and board
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL basics and a GRC platform such as Archer or Service Now
• Clear writing that meets examiner grade expectations; professional certifications a plus

• Build and maintain the annual test plan and risk‑based scoping with coverage maps
• Execute walkthroughs and control testing, sampling, and evidence collection
• Produce reports with issue rating, root cause, and action plans with due dates and owners
• Track remediation and perform validation testing with documented closure
• Partner with first line and audit to model risk for coordinated coverage and reduced overlap
• Provide dashboards on coverage and findings, themes, overdue items, and repeat issues

• Test plan delivery 100% on time to schedule
• Repeat findings reduced 30% within 2 quarters
• Overdue issues under 5% with validation complete on schedule at 95%+
• Documentation completeness at 100% with reproducible evidence

• Consultant pay $60 to $110 per hour based on domain depth and certifications
• Contract Remote US W2 or 1099
• Multiple openings for a national bench and pod builds
