Trade Surveillance Associate

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of trade surveillance and develop implementation reports as needed
• Review and investigate alerts generated by surveillance systems and escape as necessary
• Assist in new asset launches, monitoring market depth, and performing market assessments
• Collaborate with other compliance individuals and business lines on compliance investigations
• Work on ad‑hoc inquiries, special projects, or regulatory requests

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in market surveillance or trading capacity
• Extensive knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills
• Knowledge of market structure and proficient in managing policies and procedures
• Experience in leveraging AI tools for research and optimizing workflows

• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and De Fi
• FINRA Series or other relevant certifications
• Familiarity with related compliance functions (e.g., AML, Employee Control Room Compliance)
• Ability to query and manage data (e.g., SQL)
