• Handle incoming calls regarding various financial products, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of multiple systems and provide overflow assistance for processing tasks
• Serve as a subject matter expert for platforms and specific competencies, educating and training new staff
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure technology workflows are functioning smoothly

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
• Holds Series 7 license or possesses subject matter expertise in specific processing functions
• Knowledge of the managed account industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills

• Experience with inbound and outbound calls in a customer service setting
• Schedule flexibility and a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with Eagle Strategies’ core processing functions
