• Own the Retail Tax, Transactions, and Performance roadmap, ensuring ease for customers to manage their crypto taxes and transactions
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to define success metrics and improve user experiences continuously
• Lead product development from conception to launch, focusing on creating a seamless retail tax and performance experience
• Ensure the Retail Tax and performance surfaces are reliable and intuitive, especially during critical periods
• Drive alignment across teams on the vision and execution plan for Retail Tax and performance

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in fintech, investing, or data-heavy domains
• Expertise in financial transactions and taxes, including tax reporting products and gains/loss calculations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analytics for retail users
• Proven consumer UX experience with a focus on presenting complex financial information simply and engagingly
• Ability to work with complex stakeholder sets, including Tax, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external partners

• Direct experience with US tax reporting rules for digital assets, including cost basis and 1099 reporting
