This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Services Representative based in the Charlotte Metro area, with some flexibility for work from home. The Financial Services Representative will assist clients with financial planning and decision-making, provide consultation on investments and insurance products, and ensure excellent customer service.
Role DescriptionResponsibilities include advising clients on tailored financial solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and complying with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Finance and Financial Services with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices
- Knowledge of Investments and Insurance products and services
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Experience in a financial services setting is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
- Relevant certifications such as FINRA Series 6/7 or insurance licensing are a plus
