This isn’t a typical W-2 role. Instead, it operates under a licensee business model where you invest with a modest buy-in to build your own practice. In exchange, you receive:

This full‑time hybrid role is based in Richmond, VA, with flexibility for remote work. As a Fractional CFO, you’ll work closely with owner‑led businesses—typically dedicating 1–2 days per client each week—delivering strategic financial leadership, including:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Financial analysis, reporting, and key performance metric tracking
• Advising on growth strategies and operational improvements
• Engaging with stakeholders to align financial and business objectives

A seasoned financial leader with 20+ years of experience, including CFO or Finance Director roles

A strategic thinker with hands‑on operational experience and strong problem‑solving skills

Proficient in financial modeling and capable of translating data into actionable business plans

A skilled communicator and collaborator who thrives across diverse industries and company sizes

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
