The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role may be the right opportunity for you. BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We’re proud to serve over nine million clients. Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
  • Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives
  • Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing on the branch business plan
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software

Compensation

Hiring Minimum: $22.50 per hour
Hiring Maximum: $24.36 per hour
