A leading rail company in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a Grants Financial Manager to oversee financial management and compliance for awarded grants. The successful candidate will establish grant budgets, monitor expenditures, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and prepare financial reports. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and over 5 years of relevant experience in grant finance are required, along with proficiency in SAP and Excel.
