Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You will support client accounts, facilitate communication, and help ensure a positive client experience. This is a opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

We’ll provide support every step of the way, including:

  • Comprehensive 6-month training with an experienced peer mentor
  • A wide support network spanning the branch, region, and home office

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in annual business planning to develop strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Assist with driving marketing activities, such as planning and executing events

Compensation

  • Hiring minimum: $21.38;
    Hiring maximum: $23.14

Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Account Management:
    Learn the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests under the advisor’s direction; process transactions and maintain client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    Work independently under the advisor’s direction; handle scheduling, meeting materials, communications, marketing support; update SOPs and support the branch business plan.
  • Technology:
    Proficient computer skills with willingness to learn Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software.
