About the Role

Wild Brain is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team! As a highly detail‑oriented and excellent communicator, this role will report to our VP, Treasury.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee cash, corporate debt, treasury operations, and production FX hedging ensuring appropriate working capital levels
  • Define, together with VP Treasury, the treasury strategy and operational framework to execute financial transactions and reporting KPIs
  • Actively manage and monitor all bank accounts and cashflows
  • Develop consolidated and business unit cash flow forecasting process, support preparation & analysis
  • Oversee opening/closure of bank accounts
  • Review daily cash position and manage daily financing needs
  • Execute weekly FX trades and support ad‑hoc analysis on exposure management
  • Participate in the improvement of Treasury management systems, reports and processes
  • Manage and execute intercompany settlements
  • Evaluate and manage monthly interest notices
  • Prepare quarterly debt covenant calculations and analysis
  • Evaluate improvements to ensure efficient cash management structure and processes
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support internal/external audit requirements, ensure effectiveness of controls, and maintain compliance with policies
  • Ad‑hoc requests as needed
What You’ll Bring
  • Treasury experience with multiple currencies and international operations
  • University degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance. Or equivalent work experience
  • CPA / CTP / CFA designation or in progress
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury policies and procedures
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel coupled with financial modelling experience
  • Detail oriented and able to perform well in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proven ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics desirable, but not required
  • Experience in entertainment industry an asset, but not required

Total Rewards

At Wild Brain, we strive for equitable and consistent pay practices within a robust total rewards framework. Compensation may vary within the same role based on experience, performance, specialized expertise, and overall impact.

Compensation

$90,000 – $105,000 CAD. Base salary is part of a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:
