Role OverviewAre you a driven mortgage professional looking for a role where you can focus on closing rather than cold-calling? We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team.
Unlike traditional brokerage roles, we provide a steady stream of qualified leads from our internal channels and property partners. You will act as the trusted bridge between home buyers/investors and over 15+ major banks in Singapore, ensuring our clients secure the most competitive rates and optimal loan structures.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdvisory & Analysis: Assess clients’ financial profiles, including TDSR (Total Debt Servicing Ratio) and MSR (Mortgage Servicing Ratio), to provide tailored mortgage solutions.
Loan Structuring: Compare and recommend loan packages (Fixed vs. Floating, SORA-pegged) from various financial institutions.
End-to-End Management: Manage the entire loan application lifecycle—from initial consultation and document collection to bank submission and final valuation/legal coordination.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with bank underwriters, property agents, and lawyers to ensure a seamless "one-stop" experience for clients.
Compliance: Stay updated on the latest MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulations, cooling measures, and LTV (Loan-to-Value) limits.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mortgage sales, consumer banking, or real estate finance in Singapore.
Credentials: Familiarity with MAS regulations is essential. (Experience with CMFAS modules like M5, M9, or HI is a significant advantage).
Skills: Strong numerical proficiency and the ability to explain complex financial terms in simple, layman language.
Mindset: Proactive, ethical, and client-centric. You are a problem-solver who can navigate complex profiles.

Competitive Compensation:
Base Salary: Market-competitive monthly allowance ($3,500 – $5,000 depending on experience).
