• Manage program profitability and improve pricing accuracy in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
• Lead and support various pricing and underwriting initiatives, quantifying their impacts on the business
• Review existing product structures and tools, tracking and analyzing performance
• Automate processes to enhance efficiency and visibility into product performance

• Proven experience evaluating the profitability of a portfolio using actuarial techniques
• Cross‑functional collaboration with underwriting, product management, data science, or claims
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience in Python and/or R
• Completion of 4+ actuarial exams toward ACAS, FCAS, or equivalent designation
• Strong analytical and communication skills to convey results to leadership

• Experience developing tools for process automation and product performance visibility
• Background in analyzing competitor rating plans to improve pricing and underwriting structures
• Familiarity with Cyber and Tech E&O product structures and market dynamics
