Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of the team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Training & Support
  • Comprehensive 6‑month training, including a peer mentor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

Compensation
  • Human‑centered approach with discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance.
  • Hiring minimum: $28.35 per hour.
  • Hiring maximum: $30.69 per hour.

Role Requirements
  • Client service:
    Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Account management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & operational support:
    Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor; manage scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan.
  • Technology:
    Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
