• Support day-to-day customer financial deliverables, including invoicing and required reporting
• Pull, validate, and reconcile actuals from Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) against program expectations
• Analyze monthly incurred costs to support customer cost and labor reporting and invoicing
• Maintain the program budget, track progress against baseline, and communicate financial risks/opportunities
• Prepare and present financial forecasts, performance metrics, and trend analysis for stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant finance/project controls experience (or Master’s with 2–6 years)
• Demonstrated experience with customer-facing financial reporting and invoicing
• Hands-on experience pulling and interpreting actuals in OAC, performing trend/anomaly analysis, and EAC development
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas to map/transform datasets into customer formats
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to respond clearly to detailed customer questions

• Smart View experience
• Experience with 533M cost reporting template
• Government contracting finance experience, including proficiency in forecasting and variance analysis
• Prior support to program/project managers in a matrixed environment
