Finance Business Analyst

• Track key month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are clearly coordinated
• Lead the coordination of finance initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
• Draft and maintain Finance policies, SOPs, and process documentation
• Serve as a Finance Net Suite champion, providing support and troubleshooting
• Support audit response activities and ensure timely documentation submission

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and business operations
• Hands‑on Net Suite financial systems experience with the ability to translate finance requirements into deliverables
• Experience with process standardization initiatives and systems implementation
• Strong organizational coordination skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in a nonprofit or grant‑funded environment
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite is strongly preferred
• LEAN Six Sigma experience
