Job Overview
Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role supports financial advisors and their clients by providing administrative support. BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Support and Resources- Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
- You’ll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way
- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm‑provided software.

- Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.
- Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm’s Employee Assistance Program.

Hiring Minimum: $22.50 – Hiring Maximum: $24.36. There is also an opportunity for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.
