Role Overview

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong focus on Accounts Payable to support our finance operations across multiple legal entities and international markets. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience using Tipalti and Net Suite, and be comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity, global environment.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable
  • End‑to‑end processing of supplier invoices across multiple UK and international entities
  • Managing invoice workflows in Tipalti, including coding, approvals, and payment runs
  • Ensuring invoices are accurately recorded in Net Suite in line with company policies
  • Handling multi‑currency transactions and international supplier payments
  • Maintaining accurate supplier records and bank details, ensuring compliance with internal controls
Reconciliations & Controls
  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting month‑end close activities related to Accounts Payable
  • Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations for AP‑related accounts
  • Ensuring adherence to VAT and other indirect tax requirements where applicable
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Acting as a point of contact for supplier queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Working closely with internal budget owners and approvers to ensure timely invoice approval
  • Supporting audit requests and providing documentation as required
Process Improvement
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of AP processes and controls
  • Supporting system enhancements, automation initiatives, and best practices within Tipalti and Net Suite
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or AP‑focused Accounts Assistant role
  • Strong working knowledge of Net Suite
  • Experience working in a multi‑entity, international finance environment
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable
  • Hands‑on experience with Tipalti
  • Understanding of UK VAT and international tax considerations
