• Partner with compliance subject matter specialists to operationalize the Compliance Monitoring Program
• Identify compliance concerns through monitoring and advance to senior management
• Assist in ongoing reporting of monitoring results on adherence to compliance program requirements
• Respond to merchant compliance questions and inquiries, providing clear guidance on regulatory requirements
• Support other key compliance and risk management projects as needed

• 2-3 years of professional work experience in Compliance, Enterprise or Operational Risk, or Audit
• Strong project management, critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex issues
• Inquisitive and proactive in proposing creative and effective solutions
• Interest in fintech and consumer finance

• Experience in operational risk management or audit within the financial technology sector
• Familiarity with compliance regulations specific to consumer finance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve monitoring goals
• Strong understanding of compliance monitoring metrics and reporting
