About you
* Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or proven equivalent experience
* Proven experience producing management accounts
* Confident in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
* Excellent communicator, able to convey financial insights to non-finance colleagues What you'll do
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and KPIs
* Support the budgeting process, reforecasts, and financial modelling for business planning
* Generate insightful financial reports to inform operational and strategic decisions
* Collaborate with production, technical, supply chain, and HR teams to optimise financial performance
