We are seeking a commercially driven, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team and play a key role in shaping the company's next phase of growth.

The Opportunity As CFO, you will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, driving financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence. You will be instrumental in supporting scale, international expansion, and value creation initiatives. This role requires a strong background in high-growth environments and proven experience working with private equity investors.

Key Responsibilities Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and performance of the business Partner with the CEO and Board to drive long-term growth and value creation Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity stakeholders and investors Lead funding rounds, refinancing, and capital structuring initiatives Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks Drive commercial decision-making through data-led insight and analysis Support M&A strategy, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration (if applicable) Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team Requirements Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader within the technology sector Demonstrable experience working in a private equity-backed environment Strong track record of supporting fundraising, investment rounds, or exit processes Experience scaling a high-growth business Deep understanding of financial governance, controls, and risk management Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience operating at Board level Why Apply?
