• Collaborate with a team of professionals to create comprehensive wealth plans for high-net-worth clients
• Design strategies based on clients’ goals and financial situations to guide decision-making
• Lead presentations of wealth plans to advisors and clients
• Work with clients’ external legal and tax advisors to provide comprehensive support
• Manage workflow in alignment with service level agreements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services

• JD from an accredited program; additional advanced degrees or certifications preferred (e.g., CFP, CPA, or LL.M.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and business planning, preferably in a consulting role
• Strong knowledge of tax optimization, estate and business succession, and wealth transfer strategies
• Experience working directly with high-net-worth clients
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and state insurance license within the first 6 months of hire

• Experience with planning software (such as Money Guide Pro , eMoney Advisor, or Wealth Tec)
• Proven ability to develop trusting relationships with financial advisors
