Business Controller : Group Vision & Strategic Impact

Your Responsibilities - Business Controller
As a  Business Controller , you will play a key role within the group finance function, focusing on three main areas:
Consolidation & Reporting
Lead the monthly consolidation and financial reporting for management.
Coordinate the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across all group entities.
Prepare financial analyses and reporting materials for decision-making committees.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal/external audit principles.
Cost & Intercompany Flow Monitoring
Monitor and control holding costs.
Consolidate and analyze intercompany transactions.
Ensure correct application of transfer pricing policies.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in optimizing and harmonizing financial processes and tools.
Collaborate with controlling teams to strengthen standardization and automation of reporting.

Profile Sought

Education:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years  in a similar role or in controlling within a structured, multi-entity environment.

Languages:

Fluent in  English and Dutch . French is a plus.
Personal Qualities:  Strong analytical mindset, ability to challenge numbers, autonomy, adaptability to change, clear communication, and team spirit.

Offered Package
Salary up to  €5,500 gross/month  depending on experience.
