Finance Business Partner

Overview

Working within FP&A for this successful challenger bank, you will support the cost base across the bank covering all aspects of FP&A and business partnering delivering real value to a broad section of stakeholders and seniority

• Producing and presenting key cost performance reports to relevant cost centre stakeholders
• Working with the Senior cost business partner to produce the annual consolidated cost budget for the bank
• Support the transformation team with business case appraisal and project cost tracking and challenge across capex and opex
• Ongoing management of costs and rolling cost forecasting modelling
• Working with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and analysis to make robust decisions
• Supporting ongoing projects within FP&A

• You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualified experience within FP&A/business partnering, ideally cost experience
• Experience working within banking or wider financial services
• Ability to manipulate large data sets and produce value added reporting
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels and have challenging conversations
• Experience of Power BI or equivalent and planning tools advantageous
