Summary/Objectives It is the responsibility of the Sr. Portfolio Manager to serve as a member of the Wealth Relationship team to deliver Investment Management Services to current and prospective clients.
Essential Functions- Partner with a Wealth Advisor and other members of the Wealth relationship team in new business development and client relationship management activities
- Serve as primary source of investment communication with current and prospective clients
- Recommend, establish and monitor investment strategies in client accounts
- Will serve as a member of the Investment Committee and assist with various aspects of investment research to include manager research, due diligence, individual security, and macroeconomic analysis
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of investment offerings
- Adhere to risk management and compliance according to all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Will work on a team and may be involved in business line strategic planning meetings

- Interpersonal skills to work on a team with client facing interaction, strong analytical ability with solid quantitative skills, proven problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritize in a detail driven environment.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required, preferably in Finance or Economics. Professional certifications/designations are a plus (CFA, CFP, etc.) - Experience:
Good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - Certifications/Specific Knowledge:
At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the investment services industry with a focus on managing investments for high net worth clients
Required annual compliance training;

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.
Work EnvironmentThis position is located in a private office. Telecommuting roles, whether hybrid or 100% full-time telecommuting, must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered.
TravelTravel is expected to attend client and department meetings.
