This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mortgage Broker based in Southampton, with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients, assist in finding suitable products, and manage the end‑to‑end process of securing financial solutions. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, managing applications, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about market trends to offer expert guidance.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of mortgage products, protection services, and lending criteria
• Proven skills in client relationship management, communication, and rapport building
• Competence in financial planning and advising clients on equity release, wealth creation, and protection solutions
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities, attention to detail, and capability to work independently or collaboratively in a hybrid work structure
• Ability to stay informed on market trends and industry updates
• Professional certification such as CeMAP or equivalent; prior experience in the mortgage or financial sector is preferred
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and leveraging social media to enhance client networking and business opportunities
