• Build trust and provide service that exceeds client expectations.
• Conduct need-based analysis for personalized financial recommendations.
• Convert strategy-only clients into full wealth management relationships.

• Manage and maintain high-quality client relationships effectively.
• Prepare and conduct annual client reviews alongside the investment team.
• Collaborate on joint sales calls and prepare proposals.
• Ensure comprehensive communication with clients throughout the engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• FINRA Series 65 certification required.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of functioning independently.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Preferred credentials: CFP, CFA or CIMA.
• Familiarity with financial planning software like eMoney.
