This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Troy, MI, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for assisting clients in securing appropriate home loans while providing professional advice and exploring suitable financing options. Daily tasks include assessing client financial situations, preparing loan applications, coordinating with underwriters and realtors, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.

• Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and Loans
• Knowledge of Underwriting practices and processes
• Strong understanding of Finance and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in financial software and relevant tools
• State licensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator (or ability to obtain licensing)
• Prior experience within the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
