Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Agent/Broker located in Barrie, ON, with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. As a Mortgage Agent/Broker, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, assisting in obtaining financing solutions, building relationships with stakeholders, managing mortgage applications, and providing expert advice tailored to individual client needs. You will collaborate with clients to ensure they are well-informed and confident as they navigate their mortgage journey.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Servicing, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages.
  • Expertise in Mortgage Marketing strategies to effectively promote services and support client acquisition.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and personalized solutions for diverse client needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Licensure as required by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) or equivalent in applicable provinces.
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment with the ability to manage responsibilities both in-office and remotely.
