The Vacancy
We have a new opportunity for a Part Time Treasury Assistant (20 Hours) to join the Finance Treasury team. This role includes assisting the Treasury team with the processing of journals, account movements and reconciliations of bank accounts in multiple currencies, using both Pro owned and client owned platforms. Directly working with Pro's clients, this is a key client facing role and full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Responsibilities- Creating and posting journals into Dynamics to ensure balances are up to date, including working within client owned systems.
- Completing daily, weekly and monthly account reconciliations working within strict client deadlines and SLAs
- Investigating and resolving queries arising from reconciliations
- Creating account movements in Vitesse
- Planning ahead to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide support and / or cover for other Treasury team members.
- Experience of basic accounting or banking transactions is desirable
- Strong numerical skills are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using MS Office suite
- Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook - Ability to deliver accurate information with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload to meet strict deadlines.
