Job Description Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role as a strategic business partner to Sales leaders within a complex, fast paced healthcare environment. This position supports decision making through financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and insightful reporting, helping drive business growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.

Job Description
  • Perform detailed monthly financial variance analysis (actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year), identifying key drivers and trends
  • Lead quarterly forecasting, as well as the annual budgeting process for assigned sales channels
  • Develop insights to support revenue growth, margin improvement initiatives
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Operation team, supporting data‑driven decision‑making
  • Provide strategic financial analysis to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare management reporting package. Deliver clear, concise financial insights, KPIs, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Responsible for ad‑hoc analytical requests from Sales leadership and Finance
  • Support the month‑end close process, including journal entries and accruals
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in accordance with internal controls and accounting standards
  • Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and complete other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 5 years of FP&A/financial modelling experience
  • University graduate from relevant field
  • CPA Designation preferred
  • Collaborative, adaptable, strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • SAP, Power BI experience an asset

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$81,600.00 - $ Annual
