Remote Chief Financial Officer

As a crucial member of the team, you will support financial planning, cash management, and the establishment of robust financial systems, ensuring the highest standard of service and client satisfaction.

• Manage client engagements as a virtual Chief Financial Officer
• Provide insights and recommendations on growth strategies
• Implement controls and systems for accurate financial data
• Analyze financial results and compliance with budgets
• Present financial results and trends to clients
• Lead execution on financial transactions and partnerships
• Manage cash utilization and debt for client growth
• Collaborate on contracts and legal processes
• Oversee stock options and benefit plans
• Direct and support staff assigned to client engagements
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Provide exceptional client service

• 10+ years of financial experience, including as CFO or VP of Finance in a SaaS company
• Solid understanding of software revenue recognition and SaaS metrics
• Experience in optimizing processes to support growth
• Successful fundraising leadership experience
• Capable and confident leadership qualities
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Adaptability to a dynamic working environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• CPA preferred but not required
