Brokerage Operations Specialist | Remote

Job Responsibilities

• Train and guide AI systems on brokerage and securities operations workflows.
• Draft, review, and refine detailed stock purchase and sale orders reflecting real-world brokerage requirements.
• Compute transfer taxes, monitor price fluctuations, and calculate equity positions to support AI model accuracy.
• Document securities transactions including purchases, sales, conversions, redemptions, and dividend distributions.
• Prepare and process transaction forms such as receipts, withdrawal orders, and transfer confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of daily holdings and transaction activities for AI training datasets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues and provide insights on securities operations and market dynamics.

• Strong professional experience in brokerage operations, securities processing, or account administration.
• Deep understanding of financial documentation and transaction workflows.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, including tax computation and equity evaluation.
• Proficiency in documenting transactions using digital systems and traditional clerical processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in securities operations.
• Interest in AI technologies and improving brokerage workflows through automation.
