Senior Finance Analyst - Digital & Technology - Fashion Beauty and Online

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Support the Finance Manager in partnering the Digital & Technology FH&B and Online teams, delivering strategic financial analysis and insights for investment decisions and business cases
• Provide commercial challenge to optimise total cost of ownership, ensure transparency of progress and risks, and assure delivery of benefits
• Review and challenge resourcing and cost profiles across D&T product teams to ensure balanced skillsets and value-for-money outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FH&B and Online Finance teams to evaluate initiatives, model benefits, and integrate findings into future planning
• Drive forward-looking insight through performance analysis, reporting, and contribution to performance decks across the FH&B and Online portfolio

Your skills and experience will include:

• Qualified accountant with strong analytical capability and a curious attitude
• Experience in Technology Finance and/or Retail is highly advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to dig into issues and uncover root causes
• Collaborative and credible communicator, able to build positive relationships across Finance and Digital & Technology teams
• Able to work at pace, manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo while driving continuous improvement
