• Onboard and advise your own clients with empathy and expertise
• Understand each family’s unique needs, goals, and priorities
• Develop tailored investment and savings strategies aligned with Marmot’s life-goal-based philosophy
• Monitor portfolios and nurture client relationships with integrity and care
• Collaborate with our investments team to co-create offerings for women and families
• Help shape a new standard in wealth management—built on purpose and partnership

• 3–5+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking
• A loyal book of clients or strong network among female clients and/or families
• High emotional intelligence and clear, client-friendly communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and structured, independent way of working
• Familiarity with digital tools and openness to innovation and globalization
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, law and marketing
• Fluent in German and professionally proficient in English
• 3v–5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking or family office

• Entrepreneurial remuneration at market rates, base salary and commission-based bonus on net AUM and revenues. Co-partner equity share option plan to start or become partner (ESOP based on net AUM)
