A global, highly regulated manufacturing organization with a significant U.S. operational footprint is seeking a Senior Manager, Plant Finance to support senior site leadership at a large, complex facility in the Bourbonnais area.
This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations and is ideal for a hands‑on finance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment and enjoys influencing decisions through data, insight, and strong business partnerships.
This is a hybrid role with both on‑site and remote flexibility.

- Act as the primary finance partner to senior site leadership and assigned operational functions
- Provide timely, insightful financial analysis to support planning, forecasting, and decision‑making
- Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned areas
- Analyze manufacturing and operational costs, including labor, conversion costs, and variances
- Develop and enhance financial dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Partner with operations to evaluate process improvements, productivity initiatives, and cost‑reduction efforts
- Support capital investment analysis and business case development
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting quality, and system usage
- Collaborate with cross‑site and enterprise finance teams to support standardization initiatives
- Support audit and compliance activities as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including operational or manufacturing finance
- 7+ years partnering directly with on‑site operational leadership
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance reporting
- Experience working in complex, highly regulated or global organizations
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- Ability to challenge assumptions, influence leaders, and communicate financial insights clearly
- Hybrid schedule (combination of on‑site and remote work)
- Primary work location in the Bourbonnais, IL area
- Relocation support may be available for the right candidate
