As we expand our digital asset operations, we are seeking a highly skilled OTC Crypto Trader to manage and execute over-the-counter cryptocurrency transactions. This role offers direct exposure to institutional and high-net-worth clients, cross-border liquidity operations, and strategic digital asset flows in a fast-growing international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute OTC cryptocurrency trades for institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients.
- Source and manage liquidity across exchanges, counter parties, and market makers.
- Structure and negotiate large-block transactions while minimizing market impact.
- Monitor pricing, spreads, and execution risks in real time.
- Maintain relationships with liquidity providers, brokers, and strategic trading partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, risk management frameworks, and transaction reporting.
- Track profitability, trading metrics, and counter party performance.
- Proven experience in OTC crypto trading or institutional digital asset trading.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, liquidity dynamics, and market microstructure.
- Experience handling large-volume transactions and managing counter party risk.
- Knowledge of exchange operations, custody solutions, and settlement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, performance-driven environment.
- Annual salary: USD 130,000, plus performance-based incentives.
